- Whenever possible we ship FedEx or UPS; some products ship via Freight due to size or weight. Please call for a price quote.

- Open and inspect your shipment for possible damage immediately upon receipt.
- KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIAL. This is vital for satisfying the final claim.
- Claims for damaged goods must be reported to customer service within 10 days after receipt of shipment or the claim will be denied.
- Call customer service to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) within 10 days of receipt of your order. We will only accept returns that have a valid RAN visible on the outer packaging.
- Products must be repacked in their original packaging and be in resaleable condition.
- Merchandise being returned must be insured by the customer.
- Customer shall be responsible for any and all transportation cost including Federal Express call tag of $5.75 per carton.
- A 25% restocking fee is applied to all returned merchandise.
- Custom manufactured items are non returnable.
